Paintwork

Underwater area:
Full blast of the entire underwater area back to bare steel surface has been carried out. Full application of:
• 1 layer International Epoxy GP coating approx. 125μm
• 2 layers of Inter Prime approx. 200 – 235 μm
• 1 layer International Tiecoat approx. 125 μm
• 2 layers of International Micron 77 approx. 250 μm

Hull

The complete Application has been carried out with ALEXSEAL paint and fairing components. Due to the paintworks, the waterline has been adjusted.
• corrosion treatment on spots incl. full system (primer 161 & fairing compound 212).
• Application of a full layer of Superbuild (spray filler)
• Sanding of the entire surface by long boards
• Application of 442 Surface primer
• Application of Topcoat 501 – oyster white

Superstructure

The complete Application has been carried out with ALEXSEAL paint and fairing components. • corrosion treatment on spots incl. full system (primer 161 & fairing compound 212).
• Complete new application of the whole paint system maindeck house (black areas around the windows)

• Application of 442 Surface primer
• Application of Topcoat 501 – oyster white
• Application of base coat (Super jet black) & clear coat

All sealing around the windows, portholes, fairleads, etc. has been renewed as well as all sealing in the hatch frames and the transom door sealing.

Technical work

The complete teak deck has been removed, the surface has been treated befor application of new levelling (cork). New high quality teak deck (Wolz Nautic) has been installed on all decks as well as at the aft and starboard gangway.

Both shafts had been dismantled and measured (see Lloyds report), new shaft seals have been installed and the cooling system has been modified. Also the rudders have been dismantled, checked and installed. Inner parts of the rudder have got a corrosion treatment incl. full blast. Bearings on steering and hydraulic cylinder has been replaced.

Stainless steel anchor pocket has been modified (extended to avoid damage by the anchor)

The gangway has been dismantled and painted. Flexible pipes has been been replaced

A new drainage in the area of the life raft covers has be installed to create a better water flow of

A new drainage in the bow area incl. piping has be installed to solve the problem with standing water.

Port- and starboard side valve has been renewed
3 stainless steel stripes have been installed on both sides of the bulb.

All deck head panels have been partial repaired & faired. Finally all of them have been painted. 2 Panels has been produced completely new.

6 wooden tables (1 on main deck; 1 on upper deck; 4 on sun deck) has been replaced. Sanitary water piping has been modified and renewed.
All external loudspeakers have been renewed.
