About Phyllis Ann

The Main Deck has the Pilothouse.  This is a full control console, electronics and the main electrical panels.  Aft is a raised Settee / Berth and storage locker.  The aft section of the deck house has the Galley forward. The Main Salon is aft.  There is an L-shaped sofa.  From the Pilothouse forward and down seven steps, the Forward Cabin has two raised bunks.  There is under and built-in storage.  Going aft, to port is the Guest Head and to starboard is the office/den.  The laundry center is aft of the Head at the foot of the stairwell.  The Master Stateroom is accessed from the Main Salon.  The Head and closet are forward, there is a king berth on centerline.  There are built-in storage cabinets.  

There is an overhead watertight escape/ventilation hatch in the Forward Cabin and one in the aft Master Stateroom Cabin.  All access Cabin doors are Dutch style doors.

“Phyllis Ann” is one of three of these husky go to sea Long Range Cruiser's built by the Morgan Sailing Yacht Company.  Having had only (2) owners since new and having been owned by her present owner since 1977 and lived in freshwater until 1996.  “Phyllis Ann” has provided many wonderful times and memories and has proven to be a dependable comfortable home afloat as an owner/operator yacht.

Her owners are unfortunately getting up in years and now reluctantly are ready to turn her over to a new owner to enjoy the next 42 years of making memories and enjoying this truly unique classic yacht.
